-Stays on December 24th and December 31st have a mandatory dinner with an extra price. The hotel will contact you with all details.

-Reservations are confirmed in dollar currency, any quote in another currency is for reference only. Based on Communication “A” 7630 of the Banco Central de la República Argentina, all reservations for passengers NOT residing in Argentina will be charged in USD For Argentine residents, the value in pesos will be calculated according to the official exchange rate of the Banco de la Nación Argentina at the time of payment.

-The Spa, Pool, and Gym remain closed on Tuesdays until 12:00 for maintenance work. Minors (up to and including 16 years of age) must always be accompanied by an adult. Access for minors (up to and including 11 years old) in the Spa sector (swimming pool, jacuzzis, sauna, gym, relaxation room, pool bar, etc.) is from 11:00hs to 13:00hs and from 18:00hs a 20:00hs. It is mandatory that children who do not have sphincter control use water diapers in the pool and it is mandatory for all Spa users to shower in the locker room before using the pool or jacuzzis.

Kids playground and babysitting service is available from July the 1st to september the 29th.

Exceptional
It's simply wonderful. Best location in front of the canal, we had a room with a view to see the sunrise, the mountains and the peace of the water. We had a big room with enough space for our luggage. Comfy and with all the amenities expected. We had a Spa afternoon with massage and jacuzzi, all amazing, great care of details. The concierge supported us with a couple of tour's arrangements and was perfect. 1000% recommended. I want to move and live in the hotel! Breakfast was abundant and delicious, views amazing and people kind and attentive. Shuttle service to the city and to the airport was perfect as well. Our guides during navigation and the national park were amazing, very knowledgeable, and we loved all the food and snacks we had!

Very Good
It’s a nice hotel, rooms are old but clean, very good blankets !!! Good breakfast and nice sauna , have rules in the sauna for kids can’t enjoy the jacuzzi and sauna room, only pool and only for hours 18:00-20:00
Staff in the restaurant downstairs the girl is not polite, speaks rudely and refused to take the remaining food to the room, although this is the same as room service, there is a person for this, rudeness from the restaurant staff, but the reception and concierge department are wonderful, well done

Best hotel I stayed during my 2 weeks in Argentina.
Everything was great at this hotel. And I already am thinking about when to come back to visit and stay at this hotel. The staff was so warm and friendly and kind. They patiently answered any questions (I had a bunch), the excursions were good (having your own private boat was amazing, trust me on this, you skip the crazy long line of the public boat). The food at the restaurant was good. The location was AMAZING and the view...my God that view was stunning. I got stuck outside in the storm during an outing and ended up getting sick, the staff gave me lemon, hot water, honey...without charging me. It's not expensive, but the gesture was much appreciated. The pool was very nice with the view on a clear day.
